Snapshot POS. The register is NetSuite.

A point-of-sale register for yards and supply stores that sell by the each, the ton or the yard. Every ticket is a real NetSuite cash sale or sales order the moment it's saved, so there's no separate database, no overnight sync and nothing to reconcile between the register and the ERP.

The Snapshot POS register: a pickup ticket by the yard, bag and ton, with tender on the right. Pressing Pay writes a real NetSuite cash sale. Demo data.
What's in the box

Ring it, ticket it, deliver it.

Register

Keyboard-first ticket entry with item search, customer search and pay. Customer-specific prices with a base-price fallback, and gross and tare weights on the line.

Tender & deposits

Pay now as a cash sale or charge the account as a sales order. Prepaid orders take a customer deposit that applies itself when the material is ticketed. Card surcharges post as their own line.

Pickups

Ticket material against open orders as the customer picks it up, load by load.

Deliveries & dispatch

Delivery orders and store-to-store transfers by date, window and status, and a dispatch view across stores by driver and truck, with unassigned loads first.

Tickets

Three-copy letter tickets with a signature line, printed from a NetSuite PDF template and reprintable at any time.

Drawer & sales

Open and close the register with opening cash and drawer counts, expected versus counted, and a sales dashboard by product, day, store or customer.

Every role, the right screen

One login per store, one PIN per person.

How it fits NetSuite

No register database to reconcile.

  1. Every ticket is a native transaction.Cash sales, sales orders, estimates, customer deposits, item fulfillments, invoices, customer payments and transfer orders, written as the ticket is saved.
  2. Deposits apply themselves. When prepaid material is ticketed, the deposit is applied to the order for you, so the counter never has to remember.
  3. Plays well in a shared account.Settings scope the register to its own data, so it runs alongside your other NetSuite customizations without stepping on them.

Ring up a ticket on Snapshot POS.

Bring your item list and a typical day at the counter. We'll ring a walk-in sale, a deposit order and a delivery load, then open each one in NetSuite.
