Project Overview
Bosca Accessories enlisted Snapshot to assist with migrating their existing bosca.com ecommerce website, which is running on the Adobe Commerce/Magento web platform, to Shopify Plus. The migration consisted of setting up and configuring the new website in Shopify, theme selection, installing and configuring the theme, implementing theme customizations as necessary, and installing and configuring third-party apps as required for additional functionality.
Additionally, the website migration project included a data integration component. Snapshot utilized Celigo’s Shopify/NetSuite Integration App to pass data back and forth between Bosca’s Shopify Plus instance and their back-end NetSuite ERP system.

Website Front-End Migration
Snapshot customized the Cornerstone theme by Fluorescent Design Inc. to create a user experience closely matching the existing Magento site. Customizations included integrating a range of third-party apps to deliver features essential to Bosca’s brand:
- User Experience Apps: Recently Viewed (Qe Recently Viewed), Wishlist Hero, and Judge.me for Product Reviews
- Marketing Automation and Engagement: Klaviyo for marketing automation, ZenDesk for live chat, and an Instagram widget for social media engagement
- Ecommerce Features: Shopify Search & Discovery, GiftLab for gift messages, Easify for monogram options, and other tools like Accessibly for website accessibility
In addition, the site was set up with Google Tag Manager, Google Ads integration, Shopify Payments, PayPal, and full SEO optimization to support smooth transactions and maintain Bosca’s SEO presence during the migration.
Data Integration with NetSuite
The project’s data integration component, powered by Celigo's Shopify <> NetSuite Integration App, connected Shopify Plus with Bosca’s NetSuite ERP to streamline backend operations. The following data flows were implemented:
- Orders: Syncing orders from Shopify to NetSuite for processing
- Fulfillments: Automating order fulfillment tracking
- Inventory: Real-time inventory updates between platforms to manage stock levels
