Shield's Childcare Supplies wanted their B2B eCommerce site to have easier functionality not only for their team, but for their clients as well. They landed on a theme that had all the B2B functionality that they needed with a feel of B2C for ease of use. Accomplishing that within their timeframe was key to this project.
Project Goals
The main goal for this project was to migrate the Shields Childcare Supplies site to BigCommerce and be live by October 2022. Specifically, they wanted to make their site easier to use internally and for their customers. Some specifically targeted pain points to be addressed were:
- Make the site more user-friendly
