The Solution:

A Unified NetSuite Ecosystem

The new SuiteCommerce site connects directly to CMP’s existing NetSuite ERP, making it the central "source of truth" for all business data.

Advanced Product & Pricing Logic

  • Dynamic PDPs: Product Detail Pages pull structured data directly from NetSuite, including SKU-based titles, OEM part numbers, and fitment data.

  • Authenticated Access: Logged-out users see "Login to see prices," while logged-in customers see their specific contract pricing levels.

  • Custom Enhancements: We developed custom PDP tabs and dynamic "Core Charge" messaging driven by NetSuite item data.

Enhanced B2B Account Management

  • Self-Service Portal: Customers can manage order history, generate PDF quotes, and track transaction history independently.

  • Custom Registration: To prevent data duplication and spam, we implemented custom registration logic with reCAPTCHA and duplicate-prevention validation.

  • Invoice & Payment Innovation: We integrated BlueSnap to surface automated payment links in the "My Account" table, allowing users to pay invoices via credit card or ACH with a single click.

Optimized Operations & Integrations

  • Efficient Asset Management: A custom image-handling solution was built to reduce duplication in the NetSuite file cabinet, lowering storage overhead.

  • Complex Logistics: The site supports custom shipping logic and freight options that carry through from the initial quote to the final Sales Order.

  • Marketing Synergy: Integration with HubSpot ensures marketing tracking and email signups are seamlessly synced between the website and CMP’s CRM.

To eliminate the friction of manual B2B billing, Snapshot implemented a custom payment solution using the BlueSnap gateway that automates the "Order-to-Cash" cycle, and drives streamlined back-office payment operations through native ERP workflows.

  • Automated Invoice Payments: We developed a system that surfaces clickable, automated payment links directly within the NetSuite "My Account" invoice table.

  • Unified Payment Ecosystem: Users can pay via credit card or ACH through a branded, secure checkout experience, ensuring a frictionless transition from web orders to back-office settlements.

  • Streamlined Migration: The integration was managed in parallel with a full payment processor migration, maintaining continuity for CMP's global customer base.
