What is GreenSpring?

GreenSpring is a NetSuite app from Snapshot Design for landscape supply yards and lawn, landscape and tree service companies. It gives the counter, scale house, loader, dispatcher, driver, technician and estimator their own screens, and every ticket, order, visit and invoice saves as a native NetSuite record.

Can GreenSpring sell bulk material by the yard, ton or scoop?

GreenSpring sells bulk material in cubic yards, loader scoops, tons, bags or pallets and converts between units using each item's density. The scale house weighs trucks in and out with stored tares, and NetSuite inventory updates from those recorded transactions. Pile surveys still confirm what is physically in the yard, and GreenSpring turns each survey into an inventory adjustment.

Can one NetSuite account run a supply yard and a lawn care or tree service business?

GreenSpring covers both, separately or under one roof. Supply yards get counter, scale house, loader, dispatch and driver screens. Service companies get season programs and enrollments, a route board, a technician visit screen for products applied, rates and time, and a per-visit invoice.

How does GreenSpring handle pesticide compliance?

Technicians record each pesticide application on the visit screen, and GreenSpring keeps the application log, tracks applicator licenses and blocks the route board from scheduling an unlicensed technician. Application records export in state pesticide-report formats.

Does GreenSpring work on phones and tablets?

GreenSpring runs on desktop and tablet in the yard and office, with phone layouts for drivers, technicians and loaders in English or Spanish.

Will GreenSpring keep working after NetSuite updates?

GreenSpring is built with SuiteScript 2.1, deployed through SDF and limited to NetSuite's supported APIs, and it never modifies NetSuite's page code. Building on supported APIs keeps it compatible with the Redwood interface, NetSuite Next and NetSuite's biannual releases.
