Registry is a wedding and gift registry from Snapshot Design that runs inside NetSuite for luxury home, tabletop and gift retailers with a registry desk and a store. It runs as a store-credit program: every gift posts non-expiring store credit with a gift letter, and couples redeem their credit by appointment.
How does a store-credit registry program work?
Each gift bought from a registry posts non-expiring store credit to the couple's ledger and creates a gift letter. The couple books a redemption appointment, a consultant builds the redemption order, and 10% registry rewards apply at redemption.
Can sales associates sell registry gifts on the sales floor?
Sales associates use a tablet floor mode with scan-to-add that keeps working when the Wi-Fi drops and syncs once it reconnects, plus a sell-a-gift flow for the counter.
What NetSuite records does Registry use?
Registrants and gift givers are NetSuite customers, and gift sales and redemption orders are native NetSuite sales orders. Registries, registry lines, appointments and the store credit ledger are custom records linked to those customers and orders.
