What's in the box

Bookings, blends, RUP and patronage on one NetSuite core.

Bookings that price the ticket

Five booking types, prepay held as native customer deposits, and a field-first match so every ticket shows the grower's booked price and where it came from.

Blend tickets on native work orders

Formulate from a target analysis or a rate per acre, release a work order, and post actuals from the blender so inventory relief equals what left the plant.

RUP sales that can't slip

A license check on every restricted-use line, state-standard sale records, and Iowa, Illinois and Missouri exports in one click.

Fields, splits & statements

Farms and fields with acres by season, landlord and tenant splits that invoice each party, and grower statements by field with cost per acre.

Application jobs by the acre

A dispatch board, tablet completion that works offline, and billing from acres applied at the rate card plus product from the blend.

Patronage for co-ops

Pools, the 20 percent cash test on screen, equity classes with revolvement, one journal per pool and a 1099-PATR export.

Why build on NetSuite

Run the grower season on your NetSuite ledger.

  1. A core that scales. The ledger, multi-location inventory, lots, deposits and assemblies are NetSuite's. Harvest never duplicates them, so a five-branch co-op and a twenty-branch retailer run the same records.
  2. The ag gap, filled.Fields, bookings, blends, licenses and patrons are added as records, and the rules that connect them run on native transactions with supported APIs.
  3. Built for NetSuite Next.Harvest's screens talk only to its own APIs, not to NetSuite's pages, so Redwood and NetSuite Next are upgrades, not rewrites.

FAQ

Questions about Harvest

Don't see yours? Ask our NetSuite team and someone will get back to you.

What is Harvest?

Harvest is a NetSuite app from Snapshot Design for independent ag retailers and farm supply co-ops. It adds grower fields and splits, prepay and booking contracts, blend tickets, restricted-use pesticide controls, application jobs and patronage allocation to NetSuite, with every ticket, deposit, work order and journal landing in native NetSuite.

Who is Harvest built for?

Harvest is built for independent ag retailers and farm supply co-ops with 2 to 20 branches that sell seed, fertilizer, crop protection and feed and run NetSuite for finance.

What does Harvest replace?

Harvest replaces the grower-season side of Agvance, AgVantage Edge, Merchant Ag and AGRIS, and the spreadsheet-plus-QuickBooks stack, without leaving the NetSuite ledger.

How do prepay bookings work?

Harvest supports five booking types with a fixed price and quantity per line. Prepay is held as a native NetSuite customer deposit, the booking prints as a contract, and each ticket matches the booking field first and shows the booked price.

How does Harvest handle restricted-use pesticides?

Every restricted-use line needs a valid, unexpired applicator license for the ship-to state before it can be sold, in Harvest and on native NetSuite sales orders. Sale records are written automatically and export in Iowa, Illinois and Missouri formats.

Does Harvest handle co-op patronage?

Harvest runs patronage by pool, shows the 20 percent cash test on screen, manages equity classes with revolvement, posts one journal per pool and exports 1099-PATR data.
