Snapshot attended SuiteWorld 2026 in Las Vegas and has worked as a NetSuite Alliance Partner for more than 12 years helping manufacturers, distributors, consumer goods companies, and other operationally complex businesses build, extend, and optimize NetSuite around how their operations run.
SuiteSkills are prebuilt business skills that combine NetSuite financial and operational data, process knowledge, and industry expertise with AI reasoning, covering areas such as the financial close, billing and cash flow, inventory and fulfillment, and workforce management. For example, operations teams at manufacturers and distributors can use the Inventory Movement Insights and Fulfillment Performance Insights skills to find the causes of inventory and fulfillment exceptions and decide on next steps.
NetSuite makes SuiteSkills available to all customers for download from GitHub and popular AI service marketplaces. They run with AI services connected through the NetSuite AI Connector Service and inside Ask Oracle in NetSuite Next, and access and actions follow NetSuite's roles and permissions.
More than 13,000 customers have adopted the NetSuite AI Connector Service, which connects the AI models of your choice to NetSuite data and tools and is built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Setup starts with enabling the required SuiteCloud features and the REST Web Services feature, installing the MCP Standard Tools SuiteApp, and giving the roles that need access the MCP Server Connection and Log in using OAuth 2.0 Access Tokens permissions. Signing in with the Administrator role or a role that has full permissions blocks the service.
SuiteExpress, NetSuite's agentic implementation toolset and methodology, is available now to software industry customers in the United States and Canada.
NetSuite is making NetSuite Next available to customers in phases. Administrators of eligible accounts see a banner to request a preview account or activate NetSuite Next once NetSuite updates their account to release 2026.2. Ask Oracle also works in existing NetSuite accounts, while the agents and workspaces below are NetSuite Next capabilities. Our post on NetSuite Next for manufacturers and distributors covers the platform changes in more depth.
NetSuite built industry SuiteAgents on its unified data model to identify issues, recommend next steps, and support execution within established workflows and governance models. NetSuite's product SuiteAgent evaluates inventory exposure and supply changes and advises on their potential impact on inventory efficiency, supply performance, and margin. Its software SuiteAgent covers contract orchestration, revenue compliance, billing, and forecasting, and its construction SuiteAgent converts estimates into job budgets and prepares payment applications. Agents for services, healthcare, and nonprofit organizations are planned for a future release.
SuiteAgents belong to an expanding native AI capability set. We recommend starting with a pilot of one agent and one team before widening access.
AI Workspaces coordinate people, AI agents, information, and approvals around a business process in one place. NetSuite presents the Autonomous Close workspace as its example, designed to let people and agents identify and resolve accounting issues throughout the period instead of at period end.
AI Portlets generate dashboard analysis, charts, and available actions from a natural language request. NetSuite's example is a finance leader creating a portlet that compares actual sales with a marketing proposal's projections.
NetSuite's Help Center describes skills as building blocks and agents as the decision makers that use skills to reach a goal. SuiteSkills give AI the process knowledge to do a job, SuiteAgents use skills to carry out industry processes, and Ask Oracle gives people a conversational way to work with both.

NetSuite plans the other Autonomous Suite capabilities, along with NetSuite for Construction Businesses, for a future release, and its product disclaimer notes that timing, features, and pricing may change.
SuiteAgent Studio helps users create agents and refine their instructions, tools, triggers, and execution roles before activation. SuiteFlow Agent helps administrators and power users build workflows from natural language requests in Ask Oracle, with a review and confirmation step before NetSuite creates anything. SuiteAgent Management Workspace centralizes agent access, execution permissions, and activity monitoring, and lets organizations activate or deactivate agents. Teams weighing workflows against scripts can read our guide to building a SuiteScript 2.1 migration plan, which covers when a SuiteFlow workflow can replace a script.
Ask Oracle Connectors will use new MCP client capabilities so users can search the internet, compare information across supported business systems, review supporting records and documents, and direct permitted follow-up actions in connected applications, such as routing an approval or holding a payment.
NetSuite for Construction Businesses is a planned solution for general contractors, subcontractors, and specialty-trade firms, with a limited US rollout first and broader availability expected later.
NetSuite renamed NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) to NetSuite Data Intelligence at SuiteWorld 2026. NetSuite Data Intelligence is a prebuilt cloud data warehouse that unifies business data with governed semantics and AI models, and it is available as an add-on module. NetSuite says the NetSuite Data Intelligence Agent in Ask Oracle expands conversational analysis and the Deep Insights Agent delivers business-specific recommendations.
NetSuite customers can start with SuiteSkills by enabling the required features, creating non-administrator roles with the MCP permissions, and connecting a supported AI service, which may require a paid plan with that provider. Teams can then use inventory, fulfillment, and finance skills with the AI service they connect.
Accounts eligible for NetSuite Next can request a preview account to try Ask Oracle and the other AI-powered capabilities of NetSuite Next before activating NetSuite Next in production. Review the roles and permissions behind each user before connecting any AI service, because SuiteSkills, Ask Oracle, and SuiteAgents all act within the access those roles grant.

NetSuite announced more than 45 SuiteSkills, industry SuiteAgents, AI Portlets, AI Workspaces, SuiteAgent Studio, SuiteFlow Agent, SuiteAgent Management Workspace, Ask Oracle Connectors, SuiteExpress, and NetSuite for Construction Businesses at SuiteWorld 2026 in Las Vegas, and renamed NetSuite Analytics Warehouse to NetSuite Data Intelligence. SuiteSkills are available to every NetSuite customer. AI Portlets, AI Workspaces, and select SuiteAgents are available now in NetSuite Next. NetSuite plans the other agent and connector capabilities for a future release.
SuiteSkills are available to every NetSuite customer and work with AI services connected through the NetSuite AI Connector Service, including Claude and ChatGPT. NetSuite notes that connecting Claude requires a Pro plan or higher, and other AI services may have their own plan requirements. SuiteSkills are also available in Ask Oracle within NetSuite Next. NetSuite makes them available through GitHub and AI service marketplaces. Setup requires non-administrator roles with the MCP Server Connection and Log in using OAuth 2.0 Access Tokens permissions, and access follows NetSuite's roles and permissions.
SuiteSkills are prebuilt business skills that give AI NetSuite's process knowledge, and SuiteAgents are AI agents that use skills to reach a goal. NetSuite's Help Center describes skills as building blocks and agents as the orchestrators. SuiteSkills run in Ask Oracle or in AI services connected through the AI Connector Service. Industry SuiteAgents run in NetSuite Next, where they monitor operations, recommend next steps, and support multi-step execution within governance controls.
NetSuite describes its vision for an autonomous suite as a business system that can coordinate and execute work across business processes and across people and agents, with customers staying in control of how AI operates. It combines Ask Oracle, SuiteSkills, SuiteAgents, AI Workspaces, and AI Portlets, governed by NetSuite's roles and permissions. NetSuite has made part of the autonomous suite available in NetSuite Next and plans the remaining capabilities for a future release.
NetSuite announced at SuiteWorld 2026 that NetSuite Analytics Warehouse is now called NetSuite Data Intelligence. NetSuite describes it as a prebuilt cloud data warehouse that unifies business data with governed semantics and AI models, and it is available as an add-on module. NetSuite says a Data Intelligence Agent in Ask Oracle expands conversational analysis and a Deep Insights Agent delivers business-specific recommendations.
Administrators of eligible accounts see a banner to request a preview account or activate NetSuite Next in production once NetSuite updates their account to release 2026.2. A preview account is a copy of the NetSuite environment for exploring Ask Oracle and the redesigned experience. NetSuite is making NetSuite Next available in phases, so features may not yet appear in every account.
